I am interested in renting this studio. My lease is up this month and I wanted to relocate to another apartment (long term lease). You can call me @ 3406430582 and let me know if it is still available. Thanks!

Alexandra

As for the studio apartment that is possibly still available, is anyone interested in rooming up, splitting the costs? I expect to attend UVI as a graduate student in the fall [2008] and will spend comparatively little time at the unit. Could be great savings for each of us.

Dorothy:

I am interested in renting your studio apartment. As a UVI graduate student, I am likely a suitable tenant and open to co-housing if there is someone else in need of an apartment and willing to share expenses.

Thank you.

Jeffrey
