Available 1st of October.........One adult or couple. Clean, new tile, Fans , New stove, New Queen Box Spring and Mattress, partial ocean view. 2nd floor, Safe and Secure. Laundry on premises.
Plenty of parking. $800.00 month, Utilities included......Security, 1st months rent due at least signing. No pets.
References required. No smokers please.

Tellmeister may have meant where is it located on the island (which condo complex). My first thought when I read it was to wonder where on STX is was located. Still wondering.

The Condo is located overlooking Christiansted near the new by-pass called: Peter's Farm Condo
