We have a studio available starting June 1 in a private GATED home right above Sapphire Beach on STT. The apartment has a main room, large bath and a separate galley kitchen. It comes with AC, cable TV, microwave, and wireless internet, and gas to cook on. It rents for 950 a month plus utilities (water and electric). The studio is pool side and has unbeatable views of St. John, the BVI and Sapphire beach, which you can walk to. There is a laundry on site and plenty of closets. Comes furnished.
This is a very private home setting that has a hammock to sit on to just read or sleep by the grass over looking the water. Great breezes. No Red Hook noise and FLAT parking. The safari is available down our private gated road.
We are looking for the right tenant that is not a party animal. First, last and one month security required.
Will consider a small pet that does not make noise and is friendly.
