Studio for Rent

We are looking for a long term rental of our beautiful studio right above Sapphire Beach. This studio is located in a private home that is gated. It also is located in a community that will be gated right off of the beach side of Smith Bay Road on a private road that is the entrance to our community. The sudio has one main room, lots of closets, a large bath room with a shower and a separate kitchen. It has just been painted and has everything you will need in the kitchen. You need to bring you linens and clothes. It has AC and ceiling fans. You will have access to a pool and a laundry room. Free internet is provided plus basic cable, and gas to cook on. You need to pay for your electric and water usage. There is level parking so you don't need to be a mountain goat and you can walk to the Safari bus. There is also a property manager to help out if there is a probem when we are not on island.

The studio is located ina very private, quiet area with beautiful views of St. John, Tortola and various cays. You can walk to Lindquest, Pelican and Sapphire beaches. So if you are a beach person it is a perfect location for you.

The rent is 950/month and you will need first, last and a month security. Pets are considered but we would need to see it before we agreed. The is also a pet security.

The tenant should have a good job, be stable, enjoy a quiet setting to be part of our home.
