Hello there folks. I was just notified that one of two options at my home will be coming open on July `1-15th, long term. Most likely it will be a studio that has just been renovated, new bedding, furnished, all utilities, etc. for $600 per month. It has its own patio and is kind of in a tropical forest as I have gotten way too carried away with plants, orchids, trees, etc. In short, lovely. This would require some brief questions, 1st months rent, and a half month's security. It is open long-term, but has a month to month lease. It is 1/4 mile east of Christiansted and on the bus line. A small A/C is available should you want, however there is a $35 surcharge for that. It has WiFi, Satellite TV, CD player, full kitchen etc. Please PM me for pictures or to ask questions.
The other apartment, a one bedroom with less kitchen but more apartment and again, patio, etc., might be available from July 15-December 15. It comes with the same amenities as the other, however is $725 and includes up to $35 per month in electric. If it exceeds that, there is a charge just for the overage. As I get together with friends who also have places open, I will do a second posting to hopefully help you and them both. Please look for a second posting under my name with the same date should you need something different than the above. ALL are on St. Croix. No pets any of the apartments I post for myself or friends.
