32 year old female moving to St. Thomas in mid Jan. 2008. Looking for either a Studio or Roommate situation in Red Hook or East End area. I am not just coming down for the season. I am willing to sign a year lease. Please post or email me with info. I have references.

Studio 3A will be available Dec. 20 or earlier. I have already had interest and am showing it tomorrow, plus talking to others. So, I am sure it will not still be available mid-Jan. My boyfriend and I will be relocating in January as well. I think a roomate would please our budget, we are very clean, quiet, and respectful. We are looking in the Frenchmen's Reef area (will be working at the Marriott), and other areas close by.

I am planning a move to St. John in Jan '08. I am a very young at heart 56 year old male. Going to work on the Sun Times newspaper. I would rather live on St. John since that is where the job is. If you would consider that, let me know. I am relatively quite and keep a pretty neat household.
