We have a studio available starting 11/1 right above Sapphire Beach on STT. It has one main room (14x14), large bath room and then a separate room that is a galley kitchen.
The unit comes with basic cable , furnature, internet, and kitchen ware.
The rate is 1050 plus utilities (electric, water at 6c per gallon).
The property is a private home in a gated community and is fenced in with a gate and has a live in caretaker..
It overlooks Sapphire and Pelican beaches which you can walk to. About 5 min. You can also walk to Lindquest.
There is a pool and laundry available.
We are looking for a quiet tenant who does not party, drink or do drugs and has a stable job. First, last and one month security required. A small pet would be considered.
Easy access to the safari bus at the end of our private road.

Hello,
I currently live in Redhhook in the condos behind Marina Market. I have to be out of my apartment by the 30th. Is there a possibility of viewing the place before the 20th?
