For rent: 1 BR 1 bath cottage on East end near Cotton Valley Fire station. Quiet neighborhood, nice yard. Gorgeous Buck island view. Fully furnished including full size refrigerator and stove, king bed, dresser, couch, outdoor furniture, cookware, utensils, small appliances, dishes, linens, washer and dryer. Just bring your clothes! A/C in bedroom.
$750/month if you mow the yard and do cistern maintenance. Electricity not included.
No smoking. Small dog possible, but must be very friendly and like children.
