Hello - this is advance notice for a spacious, fully furnished 2 BR/2 bath apartment
with great seaside hillside views,
and short walk to great beaches,
with all the comfortable living needs provided.
Available for rent after we leave in mid-March 2013.
Monthly rent is $975 plus utilities.
Rental term is 11 months until we return.

Just ordered a new leather sofa set for the Allegro apartment which will arrive before rental date in mid-March 2013. 🙂

The Allegro apartment just rented,
and will not be available again until mid-March 2014.
