Fully furnished, AC throughtout, centrally located, security building. Near shopping, fast food, schools and Chritiansted. This is a pet friendly building. I also have a one bedroom/ one bath in the same building for $1200 a month. Pay own utilities. First, last and security to move in. I give discounts depending on if you sign a lease or not .

This is a great deal - especially for those who have larger pets - rents are really that high on StX, so this is a snap if one doesn't have time to wait for that magical apt with pet tolerant owners on the North Side for 700 a month. If they even exist any more.
