Here is a short term rental available at a discount to fill a rental gap -- ideal housing for short assignment, PMV (pre-move visit), a winter vacation at a budget price, or a place to stay while signing for permanent housing.

Light breezy 2 bedroom, 2-1/4 bath apartment that feels like a house. Private yard, wide hillside views of the sea and spectacular sunsets. Furnished with basics, including queen beds, kitchen furnishings, and linens. Washer/dryer on premises. Some new furniture is on its way.

Two large covered balconies with sea/ natural/ residential views. Short walk to town, and favorite swimming/snorkeling beaches with two family-run resorts, beachside cafe and turtle nesting wildlife sanctuary. 10-12 minutes from airport. Sorry, no pets & non-smoking.

Available for 7-day minimum, from from Feb 7 to Feb 17, 2010

one week is $675, including utilities
plus $80 per additional day for maximum 10 nights

Especially good for a thrifty stay by fixing your own meals "at home." That's what we do when we stay there ourselves, so kitchen is comfortable and well-equipped.
