I have a new vacancy coming up at Colony Cove for a 2/2 unit. This unit is in great condition and has very responsive landlords.
The unit rents at $1500 per month plus water and wapa. Colony Cove HOA provides cable tv with hbo, wifi, dumpsters, pest spraying, security, etc.
The condo can be seen now and will be available for move-in on February 1st (possibly 1-2 days early can be arranged if needed.)

Unfortunately NO, the complex does not allow tenants to have pets.

Still available. There was a tenant wanting it but they are on hold waiting to see how the refinery announcement affects their situation.
The owners are on-island this week, so a new tenant would have the chance to meet the great couple who owns this well maintained property.
Gated complex, 2nd floor unit, great ocean view and some upgrades most Colony Cove units don't have.

The owners of this unit just visited the island and while they were here installed a variety of new items in the unit, including:
New stove
New microwave range hood
New 32" flat screen tv
new faucets
some new kitchen items
Price is still $1500 per month plus metered power and water. Includes cable tv, internet, pest control, garbage dumpsters, security.
Great unit in excellent condition with one of the best views from this complex. And it is NOT on the market for sale, so you won't be disturbed!

This condo is now rented short-term for the rest of February, but available for short or long-term rental as of March 1st.
