Just found out this apartment can be ready as early as the beginning of September:
We have a spacious lovely two bedroom apartment. Extra rooms, such as large
dressing room with vanity and sink off master bedroom. Short walk to our
favorite swimming/snorkeling beaches available for a short lease from
Sept until mid-February.
(Call for details if interested in a year-plus lease instead.)
Top floor of duplex with large private landscaped yard, nice wide
hillside views of the sea and spectacular sunsets from large covered
balconies, near town. Semi-furnished, with household supplies, kitchen
furnishings, and linens included so people relocating can move right in.
New energy efficient washer/dryer on premises.
$1150/month includes some services but not utilities.
Sorry but no pets.

A new possibility -
If someone wants to rent beginning sometime in September thru mid-December,
we have someone who wants our apartment as of mid-December.
The two leases together would cover the available time.
Otherwise the apartment is still available beginning sometime in September or Oct 1st until Feb 19th.
If someone actually wants a year plus lease, call for details.
For a short 2-1/2 or 3-1/2 month lease, we would need to add a small cost for the
double turnover, such as cleaning costs in-between.
So there are now three possibilities:
- very short lease
- short lease
- year-plus lease
