And Quetsa Verde is a really well maintained complex, too. IslandJoan from the board bought a condo there and I am always surprised at the amount of work and gardening and cleaning and painting, etc. that they are always doing...PLUS, it's gated, so very secure. Great pool, too! Nice place! And, given what little knowledge I have of rent on STX...that looks like a killer deal!

Thanks for the nice recommendation and for mentioning the gate and maintenance. The gate was added about 3 years ago and they have back up generators and a real nice swimming pool. We're looking for a long term lease.

any condos there that are maybe 1 or 2 bedroom and pet friendly???

I'm pretty sure you won't find any like that in Questa Verde, but I'm if you skim through this message list you'll probably find a smaller pet friendly place for rent. Good Luck. Again, this is a 3 bed 2.5 bath and sorry, Questa Verde doesn't allow tenants to have pets.
