After the last tenant moved out, we decided to do some renovations ...including new windows, sliders, etc. It will probably be another month before the windows arrive, so we just stopped looking for a tenant for a couple months, likely not ready till June. So, depending on when you need a place....

Thanks for sharing this knowledge i have to buy such property in future but before taking any decision i have first discuss about such matters from my family.Am moving to Virgin island for nine months with my whole family and there is also possibility that i will permanently settle there.So by thinking all aspects i will look for the house for rent.
