Have a fully furnished 2400 ft.² three bedroom two bath house which includes free Wi-Fi and is Dish Network ready. Most of the furnishing is new. Also have a furnished two bed one bath that includes a furnished studio and it's been set up for BroadbandVI. There's solar heated water for the three bed and a solar electric installation that keeps basic utilities going during WAPA outages while saving overall on electric bills in all the units. Am asking $1300 for the three bed, $1050 for the two bed which includes the studio. Previous tenants have usually wanted the privacy of renting the whole house but if you don't mind having a downstairs neighbor in the studio I can rent the two bed separately. I prefer having one year leases.

I'm dropping to $1150 per month for the three bed house and am open to reasonable offers on all 3 places. I am hoping this will help those already interested or get others to come look. Should mention the three bedroom has a newly rebuilt 60,000 gallon cistern full of crystal-clear rainwater using a solar powered well pump to keep it and the other house topped off.
