Spacious 3/2 upstairs house in Estate Tipperary (East End). House is fully furnished with A/C in all the bedrooms, incredible storage, washer/dryer and all appliances. Included in the rent are water, gas, wireless DSL, cable, yard care, and pest control. Yard is completely fenced and pets are welcomed. Rent is $2500 plus electric. Rent has been reduced. 🙂

Hello Chantell: This looks interesting. I am making an inquiry as to when this house can be occupied and what are your move requirements as far as deposit, rent etc. Please advise at your earliest convience.

The house can be occupied as soon as 2/15/08 and I require one month rent and one month deposit for a total of $4k.
