Spacious 3/2 upstairs house in Estate Tipperary (East End) it's in a very safe neighborhood. House is fully furnished with A/C in all the bedrooms, washer/dryer and all appliances. Included in the rent are water, gas, cable (all movie channels), yard care, and monthly pest control. Yard is completely fenced and PETS ARE WELCOMED. Rent is $3000 plus electric.
