Total of six units all together in three separate buildings. Are existing renter are to hopsital, contractor for HOVENSA, major resort employees,---all professionals and all get along . Will be losing two military members who are tenants who were renting short term . Looking for professionals or retired , who is looking for a secure, quiet, and peacefull place to stay on St Croix. .
