This is a wrought iron Southwestern light fixture from about the turn of the century...last century...
It Measures 35" across, and about 18" tall. It has 6 spots for bulbs, and the bases for the bulbs are 4" in diameter, so they would hold pillar candles if someone wanted to convert it to ambient/candle lighting.
It may not be Caribbean, but it is really cool...and would look great in any home with a high enough vaulted ceiling. This is the real thing, antique and still around after 100+ years.

I used to deal antiques back in Texas, brought a few items with me, and now I find I can not use them. I sold the twin chandelier for $425 plus shipping, so therefore am looking for about the same here...OBO!
