Available June 1st:
Large, cute but basic, 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment to rent. Located in a very safe, quiet Estate Carlton neighborhood up on a hill. Nice neighbors, rural setting, mango trees in yard. 10 minute walk to Kmart West and Centerline Road--so easy access to taxi buses if you don't have a car. It is about a 10 minute drive to Frederiksted.
Newly painted, new furnishings. Fully furnished w/ TV, dishes, bedding etc
Water, basic cable, gas, wireless internet, pest control included. Utilities separate but on (usually about $100-$120 with A/C use at night). A/C in bedroom, ceiling fans in living room.
$550 per month for longer-term leases, $600 month-to-month but PRICES NEGOTIABLE!!

Is the apartment still available? I'm attending the University this August and need to find a place. I'll be on the island the end of June so I'd be able to schedule a visit.
