I have the following rentals available:
Studio efficiency available for the months of August and October thru December 20th. Comes fully furnished, utilities included for $800.00 a month and laundry room on site. No pets or smokers please.
One bedroom one bath downstairs apartment fully furnished with stacked washer/dryer available in Mary's Fancy for $1,200.00 a month. Nice quiet neighborhood, utilities not included and no pets or smokers please.
Two bedroom one bath apartments available in Peter's Rest close to Hovensa, the hospital, shopping centers, and laundromats. There are several units available for $1,500.00 a month, fully furnished and utilities not included. Two pets maximum with a $250.00 non-refundable per pet deposit. No smokers please.
