Older used 16,500 BTU Mermaid air conditioning unit. Designed to be permanantly installed with raw water cooling and ducting. Comes with pump, new thermostat, accessories and manuals. Tested about 18months ago and it ran cold. Only asking $200 so make me an offer. 277.3988
