I have a 1 bedroom 1.5 bath condo available for immediate occupancy on the desirable East End of St. Croix. The unit is available for short or long term renters from now until Dec. 31, 2008. I just rented it out for 4 months beginning Jan. 1 - April 30, 2009 so if anyone is interested to rent from now until then for either long or short term, please contact me via PM or respond to this post.
The unit is located in a gated community with plenty of amenities and great ocean view! Includes pool, deli and convenience store on premise, basic cable, etc. Rent is $1,200 per month + utilities. For pictures and more information, PM me or respond to this post
