PMV, weekly or short term rental available. 2 bedroom/2bath house with awesome Buck Island views in Solitude. I have hopes of moving to STX, but not yet. It is freshly painted in beautiful colors, and it has many new appliances. It has washer and dryer, and is fully furnished. I am looking for someone responsible, non-smoking, with no pets(sorry--I love pets, but it is too risky)who will take care of my HOME, as if it was theirs. Rent is $2000 per month plus utilities, or 900 per week. PM me if you want some pics or call me at 419-283-9719 for more details.

Just checking to see if you are still looking for a tenant at your home. My husband and I are professional traveling nurses and will be working in STX Jan. 3-April6, 2007. Our company budgeted us $ 1400.00 per month for housing. Your place sounds nice and in a great location. We have wonderful rental references and would take care of your home. Let us know if you would accept a discounted rate, if you are still looking for someone to rent.

Thanks!

LBSJJB: This ad is for St Croix (STX), you also responded to an ad for St Thomas (STT.) Are you working at Roy Schneider (STT) or Juan Luis (STX)?

I am flexible on the rental amount. Unfortunately, the last two weeks of February and the first two weeks of March are unavailable. I also currently have it rented until 1-10-07. If I can help, or if still interested, please PM me. Thanks.
