I have just purchased a 2 bedroom/2bath house on STX with awesome Buck Island views in Solitude. I have hopes of moving to STX, but not yet. It is freshly painted in beautiful colors, and I purchased alot of new appliances. It has washer and dryer, and is fully furnished. I have hired American Rentals as my property management company..you can contact Dorothy at 340-773-8470 if interested. I would prefer short term monthly rentals(PMV's?), but with the right person, could be flexible on that....I am looking for someone responsible, non-smoking, with no pets(sorry--I love pets, but it is too risky)who will take care of my HOME, as if it was theirs. You can also PM me if you want some pics.

My boyfriend and I moved to STx a few weeks ago and are looking for a 2 BR in a safe nice neighborhood. Jamie is a landscaper so he could keep up the grounds for you as well. I am working for a charter boat company in Christiansted so we are both working and responsible people. What is the rent? That would be the deciding factor but if you wanted to trade work for a little off the rent let us know.
Thanks

Hi
My husband and I are moving to the island at the end of November thru end of April (or mid-May).
We are both going to work for St. Thomas Diving Club in Bolongo Bay. Here in the states, Jim is a self-employed contractor and dive instructor. I own my own cleaning business along with being a photographer.
We are interested in renting some place towards the east side. If you would be interested in renting to us, let us know the cost and what kind of information you need from us. No pets and we are both non smokers.
Thanks for your time.

The original post was about STX. Bolongo Bay is on STT. Daily travel between the 2 islands to work is really not practical.

Good luck

Hi...messages get bumped so fast that I had to search for mine...rent is set by my property management company...and the # is in the first post...landscaping/yard is already taken care of....which is handy given the passion fruit, coconut, lime, mango and many other trees on my land. Thanks

My wife & I are retired, responsible & meticulously clean, non-smokers. We are looking for a reasonable priced furnished villa or condo on St. Thomas V.I.

We prefer two bedrooms for one to two months anytime after 12-25-06. Please contact us at [email protected] or [email protected]

Hi Eugene. I think you are looking for a St. Thomas rental. My house is on St. Croix.

I have terminated my contract with the property management company noted in the beginning of the thread....I am interested in renting my house on a weekly or PMV basis, at 900 per week for members of this board....I will be listing it elsewhere for 1200 per week.....you can't even get a decent hotel for 900 per week on STX....please call me at 419-283-9719 if interested, or email me at [email protected]. Thanks.
