Have a furnished 2400 ft.² three bedroom two bath house which includes free Wi-Fi and is Dish Network ready. It's high in the rain forest on a private paved road with gorgeous views yet only 2 miles from Frederiksted. There's solar heated water and a solar electric installation that keeps basic utilities going during WAPA outages while saving hugely on electric bills.
Am asking $1200 a month and prefer having a one year lease.

Wow! If we were ready to move right now I"d take it in a heart beat! Good luck with renting it out. I'm going to save this post for next year to contact you when we do move to see if the lease will be up when we get out there.
