The house is located on 4 acres of forested hilltop in Little Lagrange with fantastic views you can see at the link below along with photos of the house.. The furnishing includes AC, stove, washer, refrigerator, queen size and two standard size beds that can be stacked as bunk beds. There are also a hardwood table with chairs, couch and dresser. Electric and water are included with rent.

I would prefer a long-term agreement at $1200 or will take the best offer. Call Jim at 340 514 6388 or PM me here.

Good afternoon,
I was just wondering if this apartment is still available? My husband and I will be moving out of our current place and are looking for something begining sometime in the end of June or first of July. Just a few questions on the details. Would you consider allowing pets? We have a very sweet and well behaved black lab mix. Also, would you be willing to accept $1000/month for the rent? That is on the high end of what we are able to spend. The place looks beautiful, and we were hoping to remain in the vicinity of the north shore. You can reach me at 717-779-7190 or respond on here. Thanks so much and I look forward to hearing from you.

I should have mentioned pets are fine and tenants have always been able to let their dogs and cats run free here without worry. I'm not clear from your 2nd note whether you are or aren't interested in this location which is closer to Frederiksted but in a nice area..
