SEARCHING FOR OUR STX HOME~
I am a single mother of an amazing, almost 2 year old son. We are looking for a comfortable, safe 1 or 2 bedroom place that we can call home for a couple of years. I am very neat, clean and organized...and always leave a place in better shape than when I move in. If you know of a good place with a good landlord please let me know. Furnished is wonderful, but not a requirement. Also, would prefer not to have to deal with WAPA...and just pay a set amount or tack on the bill to the rent. We are respectful neighbors and good people ...it would be nice to be in a family oriented neighborhood. My price range is UNDER $850 including utilities.
