I am currently looking for a 4-5 bedroom house/condo in a nice family friendly area with a sea view. Also an energy efficient home (low WAPA) or solar with a backup generator would be great. I'm not sure what part of the island is best for us yet, but the right home would be worth a 20 minute commute to Estate Richmond everyday. I need to move in by August 1st, so if you hear anything please PM me. Thanks.
