We've been on island and in our rent house since January 2010. Our lease expires at the end of June and we'd like to find something less expensive for a long-term rental. We would even consider a lease purchase when our stateside house sells. If you or anyone you know might have something for rent around that time, this is what we're looking for:
NEED
3+ bedrooms
2+ baths
pet friendly
strong AT&T signal
ocean view
breezes and/or A/C
not far West or far East
WANT
an "extra" room
fenced yard
pool
great landlord
a realistic price for the current market
We're a meticulous professional couple with an 8 and 12-year-old, (3) small dogs and (1) cat who are all housebroken. Thanks! 🙂

Most of the 3 to 4 bedroom houses we've seen online run $1,800 to $2,500 per month. I guess I just feel that, with Hovensa people already starting to leave, houses priced higher than that have unrealistic owners or expensive property managers.
