Offering the rental of our home for the month of August for $800, or best offer. Perfect for families thinking of relocating, or for those in transition. Our home on STX is very quiet, shady with fruit trees, 2.5 baths, mid-island with a view. Very peaceful place! We also have a one bedroom studio on the property which is great for a single or couple included in the price. We are looking for trustworthy folks who are ready with references and a deposit. We have one friendly dog who lives outside who would need food and water for the month, that's the 'catch' if you call it one. Please give us a call to talk about our space and ourselves. We are ready to supply references too.

Your place for rent in August sounds wonderful. I would just be interested in the studio if you rented the house to someone.
I am from Michigan and have my house for sale here......but the market is not strong. Beautiful house.....just reduced the price by 75,000......so hopefully it will sell. I really want to move to St. Croix and extremely interested in visiting for a month to check things out.
I am 54 years old, a white female, very clean and quite. After 30 years of marriage and separation for nearly 8 years I am getting divorced and it is time to move on. My only two girls are very set......well educated.......so I am looking forward to this.
I do not have a problem with a dog......I have had two. I am responsible. I own a few rental properties here and I know what a bad tenant can do in NO TIME. I have owed properties for 25 years.......so I am somewhat handy at problems as well. I am a licensed contractor, licensed cosmetologist, with a degree in business.
It would be nice to have a gal like you from St. Croix to give me some pointers.
