My wife and I are looking for a long term lease (at least 1 yr) while we are building our home. My wife is a nurse and works from home so we would need DSL or Cable access (we will pay for installation, etc). I am a chef and work at the St Croix Yatch Club. Willing to be care taker or do renovations on your property as well. Need housing no later than June 1, 2008.
