STX need 4 bedroom home asap

Professional business owner needs large furnished home for home office and full time living with family. Seeking at least a four bedroom home. Separate room for office space a plus. Extra apartment or rooms for occasional family & friend visits a big plus. Higher elevation with good airflow so A/C not needed most of year very desireable. Pool is a must. Patio, gallery or other outdoor living space a plus. We have one well behaved, very devoted family dog, so pets must be allowed. Non-smoking Christian family. Security system, wi-fi will be needed. Must have good cell signal. Prefer East End or mid-island. Must have decent condition road and driveway access. Willing to sign multi-year lease for right home. Would like to take posession by 9/1/2011 or sooner if possible.
