I have a large house in an upscale area just east of Frederiksted known as Little
Lagrange. The upstairs which is for rent has three bedrooms, two baths, a very large
vaulted ceiling living room, kitchen and laundry room. The main bedroom has
air-conditioning but it's rarely used because of the elevation and good air-flow.
There are plenty of ceiling fans and a second air conditioner in the living room.
Plenty of closet space is provided and there is a shipping container nearby for extra
storage. The cistern is about 50,000 gallons that's always full of very clean water. I also
have a solar powered deep well on the property as backup.
We use solar hot water and quite a few solar electric panels on the roof together
with state-of-the-art storage batteries that run the cistern water pump and other
essential electric needs such as refrigerators so when WAPA goes it's not a problem.
The house sits about 700 feet up on a hill facing West and the unobstructed views of the
ocean and Frederiksted 2 miles west as seen from the front porch, master bedroom
and living room is breathtaking. I live in the downstairs part of the house and have
four dogs who get along well with other dogs. They and the present tenant's dog
have the run of my four plus acre property and the many more acres of surrounding
rain forest. There are no neighbors to speak of. If you would like me to e-mail
photos or are interested in visiting give me a call at 340-772-9025 or e-mail at
mgraffis@gmail.com . The tenants I have now have been there since the house was
built about 12 years, and have kept it in immaculate shape. I'm looking for $2200 a
month which includes electric and water as well as free high speed Internet access
via wireless router and free satellite television. Also included with rent are the use
of a new high-end large capacity washer, new large capacity refrigerator and new
gas range /stove. Tenants are also welcome to all the carambola from the 3 trees
along your driveway.

Took some photos today of the house described above. Some rooms were left out because the place is still occupied and a bit untidy.
