Hi All,
We have a 1-BDR/1-BTH, 3rd story unit at St. C unit available Feb. 1st. Great view of Christiansted and Buck Island and gets a great breeze. Fully furnished with King bed, brand new washer/dryer, AC and dishwasher, cable TV, pool. Water, cable tv and Terminix are included. Sorry no pets. $1,500 per month + WAPA. I can e-mail pictures.

Sounds great! Are you renting month to month or looking for long term? Could you do 1200?

Is there an internet service, it would be for a business trip in STX.

Yes, there is Internet service. VI Broadband with wireless throughout the condo. We can do month to month but would prefer a long term lease. I can send pictures of unit.

Have you rented this unit? Were you willing to go to 1200. or less?
