Hello there. I have one house left......unbeliebably busy now, most housing closing out quickly. It is a lovely and large 2 bedroom house at the bottom side (west) of Constitution Hill. Over the hill, you are 10 minutes or less to Christainsted, 3 minutes to lower cost shopping, a great yard with bananas, etc. The price is higher than you stated. It is a $2,800 house that was reduced when the markets crashed to $2,200. Requires long term lease. Very nicely furnished in all areas, master bath the size of most large bedrooms. I am a realtor on STX, but do not secure any fee at all from the tenants.

As houses are disappearing very quickly now....quickly reaching the point of close out, it might be worth considering. The composition is a large (very) kitchen, gallery, washer/dryer, dining room, large living room, sun galley and extra sitting space for a large gathering, attached office and 2 full bathrooms.

If you are interested, please just reply and I will be happy to send photos to your regular email address. We would need to talk and act a bit quickly as again, this is the last house available, and especially for that price. I do also have a terrific villa at Carambola towards the west end, and top notch place, rent is right in your ball park, 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and many extras. Last tenant was a professional interior designer.

Once these are gone, I most likely will have nothing left. If interested, please just send me a reply and I will send photos. I do not think these will last more than a week or so.

All the best to you, and if these are any help, please just let me know.

Thank you,

Dan G.
