Hello -

I am an attorney and am relocating to St Croix in September to begin a new job on the island. Judith's Fancy has been recommended to me as a potential rental location. Does anyone have a 1BR or possible small 2BR that you are looking to rent to a young professional?

Thank you!

Hi ktracey,
We offer short term rentals. Our rental rates are comparable to long term rates. We are about a half mile from Judith's Fancy, so you could stay here while you look for and/or wait for just the right rental in JF or even take you time looking around the island. There are plenty of other nice areas too. You can check out my website at http://www.virginislandsrentals.com. I expect to have several vacancies in Sept. Thanks for looking, and let me know if I can help.
Juanita

Hi ktracey,

We will have a 1 bedroom loft for rent at The Reef on the East End beginning in Sept. The Reef has great amenities including a 9 hole golf course, pool, tennis courts, deli, resturant and beach. Its about a 15 min drive to Christiansted. Beautiful view of the water and Buck Island. Wash/dryer/dishwasher. $1200 mthly plus utilities. Non-smoking and they do not allow pets. Let me know if you are interested.

Thanks,
Terry

Another option are the large 1-BDR condos at the St. C's complex, which is right next door to Judith's Fancy and also a gated community. I have some vacancies there and may still have something in your timeframe. You can email me for more info on what might be available and lease rates at [email protected] I can send photos, too.
