I have a 2-BDR, 2-BTH villa with Buck Island view from oversized, fenced patio in Solitude (east end) at $2200 per month plus utilities. (pet friendly with approval). fully furnished and well equipped. Huge yard that is maintained by caretaker.

I have a new property available at Colony Cove about November 1st. Very nice 2-BDR, 2-BTH second floor end unit with a great ocean view. Kitchen being refaced now. Landlord asking $2K per month plus water and power. Complex provides internet (no guarantee on speed), pool, gated access, local phone, pest control, etc.

4-BDR, 3-BTH houes available in Barren Spot. Furnished and equipped and PET FRIENDLY, too! Even a pool table. This is a great property for roommates as there are three separate living areas and a 2-car garage to give you lots of elbow room. One bedroom also has a sitting room or office. $2200 per month plus utilities.

I know of a few other 1-BDR condos at $950 plus WAPA, a studio cottage (very nice) for $950 plus utilities, a 3-BDR house that will be available in early November at $2500 plus utilities. Some have ocean views and some do not. The Studio cottage and the t3-BDR house are part of an estate up on the hill in the St. John/La Grande Princesse area off the road between Rattan Road and Peppertree road, so it is very centrally located in a very safe area. The estate has large open spaces and great views from some areas. Tenants have use of lawn chairs and hammocks with a fabulous view. Local landlord has many rental properties and keeps them maintained. He would prefer no pets, but may approve on a case by case basis with a pet fee.

Do a forum author search on stelthav8r and then one on Alexandra to find more than enough information to make your own decision.
Enough is enough, Brian.

Good luck to all of you!
