$1175/month rent includes pest control, trash pickup, yard maintenance.
Broadband internet connection available to share, cable wiring in place (if you want to subscribe to cable TV), utilities on.
Rent includes a bonus credit towards utilities for either
(A) one-year lease starting in July
OR
(B) approximate seven-month lease ending midFebruary.
Other lease term options can be discussed.

UPDATE -
With the rental credit mentioned for the "ideal lease terms" starting in July, the effective rent is $1075/month plus utilities.
The end of this week, our current tenant (UVI professor) leaves the island, and the new bathroom installation begins. So for a couple days we might not get back to you as quickly as usual. Best idea is to both contact us with PM (private message) AND call 215-627-2575. Thanks.

Clarification - yes, the apartment is 2 bedroom, 2-1/4 bath. Queen bed in masterbedroom. Double futon bed available for 2nd bedroom (convertible to sofa so easily doubles as office/den or guestroom).

New bath installation underway and no longer occupied.
So the apartment now can be shown almost anytime.
