The Homeowner's Association fee is only $550 a year!
Wonderful 2 bedroom, 1 bath townhouse that has been recently renovated and updated. High vaulted ceilings allow for great breezes. Terrazzo tile on floors and shower walls, Granite counter tops in kitchen and bath. All wood (no particle board) cabinets. Lots of storage space. Screened in back porch leads to private back deck with park like views. Upgraded appliances including washer and dryer.
There is twice a week curbside garbage collection and no need for a P.O. box, mail is delivered to your door. You will have your own parking in front of the townhouse. Just a short walk to Gallows Bay and downtown Christiansted.
Pets are allowed.
