Long-term, part-year resident looking for short-term (no greater than 6 mos) lease on a studio or efficiency for less than $1K, utilities included. Must be a reasonably quiet location (I am a writer, locally-employed, and work at home) and furnished. Single, non-smoker, no pets. Island references available.
