STX waterfront house avail for rent 10/1

We have a waterfront, east end, furnished stx home that will likely be available for rent by 10/1. Two bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, pool, all appliances including w/d, a/c in bedrooms. We will not have photos or more info till early September, but house rents for $2000 plus utilities, and we provide lawn and pool maintenance. Kitchen styling is a bit dated, but new baths, pool resurfaced, fresh paint etc. Hurricane shutters. Energy efficient, presently WAPA averages less than $200 a month, including the pool etc., but without much use of a/c.
