Small stone cottage consisting of 3 rooms plus bathroom, kitchen, large garden, fruit trees etc. Thick stone walls, low doorways, renovated with hot shower, gas stove, basic furniture. Suit single or couple. Available immediately for three months to a year lease. $650 /month plus WAPA, well water included, good internet with telephone reconnection. Private but not remote, 1.5 miles on flat to beach, town.
