Pets allowed! The house is furnished Including a washer and AC unit. There are ceiling fans throughout and swings outside for children. I am open to making changes in furnishing and the house itself within reason. The inside is newly painted, water and electricity are included in rent and there is a backup solar system to help in power outages. The road in is paved and the house is part of a very private and secure 4 acre estate.
Asking $1000 a month or best offer, would prefer a long-term agreement.

Most photos in the link above are old. There will be new furniture added but want to wait for input from whoever rents before buying it, also the refrigerator has just been replaced by a stainless one which is in a better spot.
