Hi: I am interested in the studio apartment you have advertised. I am 57, single male, school teacher, coming to STT to teach at a K-12 school. I would like to rent long term from August 11 2010 - June 30 2011. If this interests you, please advise: Address? Fridge? Laundry facilities? Thanks.
