This may sound crazy, but I have a condo in St. C by the Sea that needs a lot of work. This has been a rental property, but my last tenant moved out the end of Jan. Some water has gotten in the condo and it needs some repairs and updates. We live off the island and are not able to get down there much. I would be willing to left someone live there for maybe just a small fee to my property mananger and the monthly WAPA bills until the needed work is completed, which could be done over a few months.. I would pay for the materials to fix the place up. If anyone is interested please e-mail me at leahchf@yahoo.com.

I understand your problem
I have several rental properties
in the states and I know what it feels like
I have done the basic maintenance
to my properties myself Painting and some light
carpenting jobs
Please let me know the details and i see if i can help
I do have a fulltime job here on the island
