Update, Apartments, STX

Thank you all for once again, the best of the island coming together to make things happen. Both aparmtments 1/3 mile from Christiansted have been leased. That leaves the wonderful and lage studio on the top of Mount Solitude, as well as either a cottage or 1 bedroom apartment there.

The view from the estate is breathtaking, the pool, cool and deep, and the rentals all just lovely. A six month lease is required. If youseek peace, serenity, and some of the best of island living, please PM me, and I will get in touch with my friend who owns the estate. I am assisting her in filling the vacancies.

The rentals are: $1,000 for very large studio with tons of storage, $1,600 for the Cat 5 proof Cottage with polished stone floors, wonderfully decorated and furnished as well as the 1 bedroom apartment with the same square footage. The Cottage is $1,600, and the 1 bedroom apartment $1,400.

If you are employed, stabile, respectful and desire peace, these prices may have some limited consideration for rental amounts. Please note that a car is necesary, to secure, first month's rent and one month's security are required, and it is not children or pet friendly. The reason is the pool, which while gorgeous, does not have a fence of lifeguard, and is considered a rist.

I have helped this friend for years, and if history is correct, these untis will go in the next six weeks.
