hey everyone,
my name is scott. i will be visiting st. thomas on sept. 26 thru oct. 4. i wanted to save as much money as possible and if anyone was interested in helping me out with a place to stay i am willing to pay for the week i will be there. i am very clean person and respectful of others things. to get an idea of who i am just look me up on facebook. my name is scott cragle jr located in atlanta ga. i would greatly appreciate any help just dont want to have to rent a hotel, rent a car, and what not and blow probly 1500 in a week. plus i dont think i can even rent a car because im only 24. if you have any advice or are interested please let me know. thanks for your help. if everything works out and anyone needs a permanent roommate i plan on moving begining of nov. thanks again

Hi, Scott -
You'll probably read this if you do any searches on past posts, but two things that come to mind...
1) You really shouldn't give out your full name on this board. The people here, I've learned, are extremely protective of their privacy for security reasons.
2) If you're worried about spending very little money the week that you're here, St. Thomas may not be the place for you. The general rule of thumb when moving here is to bring about $10,000 with you.
