Walk to Divi - East End STX 2 Bed/2 Bath Condo For Rent

Sounds like Villa Madeleine condos.. If so, this is a decent rental price for a 2 bedroom from what I have seen over the years. Unfortunetly, we have 2 dogs and can't move there. 🙁 others should look at this...

Thanks mminstx for your comment! Others please note that a small dog is possible based on Board approval. I actually have a 15 lb terrier that I bring with me from time to time with no problem. I am a pet-friendly owner.

I almost rented from ptcruzan, they were easy to deal with, and very responsive, and yes their condo is in Madeleine, very nice development of private villas on St. Croix. I heard noting but positive things about them. I was even told a few years back the monthly rents were around $3,000 USD, for the very same Villas, so $2,200 sounds like a decent deal.
